The number 23 and how it relates to the last days we are in. It's all in a biblical nature. I haven't an opinion on whether this psalm is used as an inversion by evil and a blasphemy of the Father.. or it was written for this very reason in the first place. Personally I see a lot of scripture that is used for both good and evil. Everything works together for the good of those who love the Father.
